What will you do?
Technical Support (8-month assignment)
Provide 1st level of technical support in pre-sales (product selection, application information) and post-sales (product installation, technical characteristics, technical complaints) telephone and electronic to SE customers and partners.
Responsible for answering incoming communications from customers on all channels (ex: phone, email, chat) and prioritizing customers’ support needs.
Assure proper escalation to the 2nd level support when necessary.
Provide product references by customer requests and required standards: cross references, configuration, and mix of products in cooperation with relevant teams.
Participate in the interaction center’s continuous improvement process.
Specific product and process-related responsibilities:
Clarification of information in Company Manuals
Be able to collect information needed in case of escalation to L2 (electrical single line control wiring diagram, complete drive configuration, context and historical, etc).
Be able to provide technical answers by using documentation (User Guide, Programming Manual, Installation Manual).
Assist other teams by providing the appropriate Schneider Electric part numbers to be offered to customers.
Order Management (8-month assignment)
Process orders received through BFO, mySchneider, EDI, and other portals in SAP
Ensure completion of orders by following up with customers, sales, and other related teams through phone or email.
Respond to pricing and availability inquiries from customers and the sales team.
Coordinate with procurement teams, warehouse, and distribution centers through complaints/requirements on delivery issues and stock availability.
Investigate process pricing and invoice disputes and raise claims and credit notes as needed.
Process warranty and returns requests including faulty, commercial, and logistics returns for business partners.
Ensure case resolution through monitoring of open and pending items.
Transactional/Technical Quotes Team (8-month assignment)
Timely creation of technically and commercially correct pricing quotes from a variety of request sources.
Instill transactional pricing & quotation process discipline, adherence to standards, and excellence in execution
Handle customer requests efficiently and accurately to retain a positive customer experience.
Provide improvement recommendations to enhance the customer experience
Engage various stakeholders across the business and teams across Australia and the Philippines and collaborate effectively for better outcomes

Training & development
During the 24 months with them, you may go through a Structured Rotational or Specialized track, under different functions. Through a series of accelerated induction and programs, it will allow you to learn different businesses or functions within Schneider Electric.
