Your role

This position involves delivering consistent HR administrative support to the specific facility/factory within the Philippine business in the areas of Employee relations and services, benefits administration, recruitment, and induction processes that will improve employee motivation and productivity and in turn have HR adding significant value to the business.

About you

• Candidate must possess an ongoing Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent, with a requirement of at least 300 internship hours;
• Computer literate in MS Office applications;
• Detail driven;
• Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate effective time management skills;
• Excellent business ethics and integrity;
• High confidentiality, tact, and discretion when dealing with people;
• Demonstrates flexibility in style to meet the requirements of a multi-culture position.
• Successful candidates will report to Rosario, Cavite.
