Your responsibility 

• Finance data cleansing
• Responsible for updating daily finance report
• Monitoring of service planner customer interaction
• FSR audit for Secure Power, Power System, and Industry business unit
• Extraction of reports for Power systems business unit
• Provide other duties as assigned by the Service Excellence Group
• Assist with asset creation of 3^rd party FSEs (Installation, Setup, Maintenance, PM)
• Secondary responsibility includes backup to the purchase order specialist team, service fleet, and marketing group

About you

• Graduate of any Bachelor's degree course
• Knowledge in tableau (server, desktop )
• Must be highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to learn new tools, software, and processes
• Must be able to take direction, listen to the needs of business managers
• Must be able to provide documentation and feedback on project requests and communicate clearly any problems or obstacles
• Should be able to handle multiple projects at one time
• Understanding of service scheduling process is a plus
