Your role

Schneider is looking for an experienced Sales Support Associate to help them unlock further commercial value for their business.

What will you do:

  • Administrative support to inside service sales representatives.
  • Raise International Credit Claim (ICC) for sales-related cases such as customer requests and incorrect PO hand-over details.
  • Opportunity Notification (ON) Queue Management - System qualification and validation of leads routed to the FSR ON Queue.
  •  Assist in Qualifying and Triage of Case - In charge of responding to customer inquiries related to price and availability, ETA and other post-sales inquiries, billing documents, uploading documents in Partner’s portal, etc.

About you 

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any course.
  • Must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
