Your role

As Dedupe Staff, you will be responsible for data file matching versus the internal and external databases on prospective clients/employees of the Company to determine their eligibility/qualification according to set standards or parameters. To aid the Credit Underwriters to make sound credit decisions for consumer finance applications

• Assists Team Leader and Department Head on credit items, non-credit related items, and special assignments as the need arises
• Executes the Operations Manual in the performance of assigned tasks such as but not limited to Deduping
• Adheres to the Service Level Agreement and Turn-Around-Time (TAT) in the performance of assigned tasks
• Conducts data file matching versus internal and external databases for products offered by the Company
• Entertains dedupe requests via email or accounts coursed outside the loans processing systems
• Performs other duties and functions that may be assigned by Team Leader, Unit Head, and Department Head from time to time
• Ensures compliance to set standards and parameters in the performance of assigned tasks and that processes implemented conform to approved policy and guidelines

About you

• A graduate with a bachelor's degree in any field
• At least 6 months experience in deduping. FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply
• Good communication skills - conversational/interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external parties; keen on details, customer-centric, responsible, and enthusiastic
