Your role 

As an MIS Specialist, you will be responsible for providing efficient, on-time, and accurate periodic reports to drive sales performance. 

• Tracks sales performance and activities of the Wealth Managers by providing on-time, accurate, and appropriate MIS, business performance reports, and other sales-related reports to the Team Leader and Wealth Head.
• Collates and maintains data from relevant units in order to incorporate them in various reports to be used for decision-making.
• Maintains a running database of customer holdings in coordination with Asset Management Group, Treasury, Bancassurance, and other product providers of the Bank and refreshes the same on a timely basis.
• Disseminates among WM Team and all possible stakeholders all relevant reports in a timely and appropriate manner.

About you

• Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in the field of Management or related
• Knowledgeable and proficient in using Microsoft Excel and other Office Programs
• Good organization and multi-tasking skills, detail-oriented, and well-versed in mathematics and calculations
• Good communication skills especially complaints management
