As a Talent Management Assistant, you will be responsible to provide daily administrative support to the Talent Management unit, particularly in the areas of performance management, development planning, survey assessment, and other talent management initiatives of SBC. You will also be responsible for preparing and maintaining dashboards, data extraction, and report generation, coordinating and communicating with other units to support the completion of strategic talent initiatives.
