JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a skilled Citations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of citation building, local SEO, and possess experience in working with tools such as Brightlocal and LocalFalcon.
The Citations Specialist will be responsible for building, maintaining, and editing citations across various local directories, as well as ensuring the accuracy and consistency of information.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct citation audits and make recommendations for improvements
• Build new citations on local directories, social media platforms, and other relevant websites
• Edit existing citations to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Monitor and manage the accuracy of business listings across the internet
• Identify and resolve citation inconsistencies and inaccuracies
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to obtain necessary information for citations
• Keep up-to-date with changes to local directories, algorithms, and SEO best practices
• Provide regular reporting on citation performance and progress
• Work closely with the SEO team to develop and implement citation strategies
• Continuously improve citation-building processes and procedures

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong understanding of local SEO and citation building
• Experience working with tools such as Brightlocal, LocalFalcon, or other local SEO tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of using Clickup is a plus

SCHEDULE

8-hour shift, Tuesday to Saturday, 7:00am to 4:00pm Manila Time.
Minimal overtime during weekdays and weekends will be expected as part of salary
