Your role

• Performs tasks according to instructions that provide some space for own interpretation. Solutions for deviations are taught.
• Shares information and answers standard questions and some complex questions; generally explains rules and procedures
• Identifies shortcomings in current processes, systems, and procedures within the assigned units.
• Activities are carried out within a standardized and routine context.

Project staff will be asked to do order management activities listed below:

1. Manual order placing

2. STEM Cuts

3. ATP Checks

4. Resourcing

5. Scheduling Delivery Appointment

6. Delivery ticket creation

7. Assist with Voice and Non-voice requests

8. Report generation
