2022/23 Manage HC Inventory Analyst null

Job Purpose:

Perform and support the daily operations of the Hydrocarbon teams in one of the sub processes: Contracts & Pricing, HM Exchange, Stock Recording & Reconciliation or Stock Valuation. Provide proactively issue resolution to support E2E process and value chain in Hydrocarbon area. Deliver assigned activities and drive for operational excellence within the team.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Operate complex scope in the area of Contracts & Pricing, HM Exchange, Stock Recording & Reconciliation or Stock Valuation with different dimensions (ex. material & moderate number transactions on locations/OU's/Businesses /Customers/Vendors; including active participation in different team/cluster engagements; focal point roles assigned; effectively operate controls support TM/Specialist in etc.)
• Has very good knowledge of the respective own sub process. Can back up the operators in the respective area of accountability, and support during MEC, including other teams from the given sub process
• Give constructive input to the issue resolution in the team; take over identified actions and different type of requests from stakeholders assigned by TM/Specialist
• Contribute in operationalizing effective KPIs analysis by identifying root causes, implementing and monitoring improvement plans; present results from own area of accountability to different parties within Hydrocarbon organization and Business
• Proactively raise issues to be discussed to the Team Specialist and Team Manager. Drive operational excellence and effective Control Framework
• Team support - use VMs to raise concerns and issues provide supporting documentation/information to Specialist/TM/ STM and different stakeholders
• Provide information and explain all the concerns on the process to support internal/external audit.
• Able to identify and contribute to process improvements and simplification.

Dimensions:

• Responsible for the analysis and reconciliation of exchange contracts on a monthly basis including error monitoring and correction of differences with partner statements. Exchanges are recorded at terminals and pipelines requiring interaction with Inventory team (SRR) per exchange contract.
• Responsible for processing Terminalling Billing every WD2 Month end close and ensuring Terminalling Agreement revenue are valid and correct.

Qualification required:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• 1 year work experience, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good knowledge of GSAP accounting system
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; VBA knowledge is desirable and will be an asset
• Fast and accurate data input skills, analytical skills & attention to details
• Good communication skills

Work Shift:

Mid Shift on Regular days and Night Shift on Month-end close
