SC Analyst - Data null

Job Description

• Assists Specialists in initiating requests for Supplier Qualification, Shell Financial Risk Assessment and Integrity Due Diligence including MK Denial checks, to support the Supplier pre-qualification requirements; and to ensure first time right data and business requirements are satisfied within the required timeline.
• Supports requests for for CP data (.eg Materials, Services, Vendors, Contracts) set-up via Shell approved tools
• Responsible for taking ownership and responding to queries and requests
• Maintains records of work completed like work log, etc.
• Supports Specialists and focal points in analysis and resolution of issues
• Support role in Cleanse projects and initiatives in Top Quartile journey
• Support role in implementing record archival policies and ensure compliance in line with Group Records Management
• Ensures that Controls are consistently followed. Plays a support role in developing, updating Controls’ related documents
• Identifies areas for improvement in the process. Plays support role as a member in improvement projects. May lead small improvement projects
