The company culture is very open and welcoming with strong support for diversity and inclusion. Leaders are approachable. My teammates are very helpful and collaborative. We also have the occasional game or talent time. Outside of work, we get together to celebrate each other's milestones (team birthdays, work anniversaries, etc.).
