Management at StorageMart

Our manager is very approachable. She guides us and mentors us really well

I am still in the state of adjusting although it's almost 2 months since I joined the company. For someone who doesn't really talk if not needed, I find it hard to approach especially to those people whom I've just recently met. They are really approachable and it's easy to ask them questions regarding work. Not all, but I got close to some of employees already.
