Your role

Tala Philippines is looking for aspiring students to fill the role People Engagement Intern in Makati City.

The role will be under the People Engagement Team and will be in charge of organizing and implementing company engagement activities, coordinating training and wellness sessions, and creating company-wide communications.

Some key responsibilities include:

• Planning and executing company engagement activities such as team-building events, social gatherings, and recognition programs.
• Coordinating training and well-being sessions for employees such as onboarding sessions, skill development workshops, and wellness programs.
• Developing company-wide communications such as newsletters, announcements, and employee surveys.
• Assisting with other projects and initiatives as assigned by the People team.

About you

To be considered in the role, you must have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with presentation and design software (Google Slides, Canva, etc).
• Experience in planning and executing events.
• Experience in writing and editing org communications.
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Organizational Communication, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Leadership experience in school organizations a nice to have
• Previous corporate internship experience is a plus
