Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to Global Program Specialist to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Assist in travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Assist Global Program Specialist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments and filing expense reports.
  • Assist in preparing presentations for team meetings.
  • Manage and enter data with precision into SharePoint and internal communications tool
  • Act as backup to other team members in their absence.
  • Handle follow ups routine correspondence.
  • Organize meetings, reserve conference rooms, and order employee meals as requested.
  • Maintain confidential files for Ops PMO team
  • Adheres to defined processes & procedures and company policies.
  • Provide support for the company’s work collaboration online platform by posting announcements, celebrations, etc., and ensure that online engagement targets are met
  • Assists in organizing company sponsored special events (Birthdays, Employee Recognition Programs, employee appreciation, new customer celebrations, work through lunch coordination, etc. offsite company events and others as needed)
