Responsibilities

  • The HR Services Intern shall be able to provide both clerical and administrative support.
  • Help coordinate with different departments in processing employee’s concern.
  • Check the completeness of pre-employment requirements
  • Create internal communication materials
  • Support HR initiatives and projects
  • Prepare reports as needed

Requirements

  • Preferably BS HR Management or Psychology 4th year student or recent graduate
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Canva, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is a must
