Your role

In this opportunity as Analyst - Global Trade Content (Indonesian Language Skills), you will:

• Conduct research and analysis to interpret and apply regulations related to global trade for various countries from official government sources.
• Stay updated on changes in assigned tariffs by monitoring official sources and providing timely updates in the system.
• Review and interpret complex global trade data.
• Interpret government legislation pertaining to global trade and convert it into a standardized format for loading into the system.
• Identify reliable contacts and data sources for assigned countries using official government sources and establish good working relationships.
• Communicate with Customs and other government agencies as required to ensure compliance with regulations and resolve any questions that may arise.
• Analyze and prepare timely responses to customer inquiries for assigned tariffs.
• Proactively seek opportunities to expand and improve regulatory data for countries of responsibility.
• Document processes, procedures, and work instructions of assigned tariffs.
• Personal and professional growth with on-the-job coaching from mentors and managers that care.

About you

• Knowledge of HS and Customs regulations.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of English, including Indonesian language proficiency which is a requisite.
• Analytical, interpretation, and translation skills.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Strong focus on delivery, including attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while at the same time fully participating in a team environment.
