Your responsibilities

  • Providing effective administrative support on the management of opportunities and contracts through the sales cycle, working closely with the CRM Managers
  • Managing post-contracting processing, from distributing to all departments, handling of hard and soft copies, maintaining an accurate database and other relevant duties.
  • Managing and assisting termination of contracts from clients, from procedures to reporting statistics.
  • Generating regular reports for the ongoing assessment of active contracts in order to track renewals
  • Checking through invoices and liaising with internal teams for efficient and timely rectification work as necessary
  • Ensuring sales documentation and flows are properly documented, filed on the system and communicated to respective departments; follow up with the respective departments to perform any rectification work if necessary
