Your role

• Assist in Service Operations.
• Ensure Trend Micro products and services are stable and available 24/7.
• Help in monitoring items using Site 24/7 and Zabbix.
• Create tools to improve the daily data collection and target monitoring. 

About you

Qualifications:

• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science,  Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Knowledge in Networks and Troubleshooting.
• With 500 or more internship hours requirement.
• No work experience required.
