Your role

The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for providing administrative support for company-wide recruiting efforts.

As an associate, you are expected to:

  • Supports talent acquisition efforts by posting jobs once approved MRF has been received
  • Assists Talent Acquisition Specialists with the following:
  1. Schedule applicant's interview   
  2. Completes background checks of identified hires    
  3. Conducts pre-screening when needed   
  • Oversees hiring requirements of the following:   
  1. Internship 
  2. Entry-level probationary vacancies  
  • Conducts pre-screening of candidates for interns 
  • Endorses intern applicants to the hiring manager   
  • Schedules hiring manager interviews of intern applicants   
  • Extends the Internship Acceptance Offer to the identified candidate   
  • Endorses intern candidate to Talent Developmentand Total Rewards 
  • Administers IQ assessments for select candidates 
  • Conducts interviews for assigned entry-level positions 
  • Endorses entry-level probationary candidates for Hiring Manager Interview 
  • Conducts Salary Analysis and Job Offer for entry-level candidates 
  • Endorses hired candidates to Talent Development and Total Rewards 
  • Tagging the responsible recruiter in Ivanti for newly approved MRFs 
  • Encoding the details of the newly approved MRF in the Master list
  • Prepares and updates TA Reports and Trackers 
  • Participate in some alignment meetings with different Groups to assist in drafting MoM 
  • Performs all other duties and tasks as assigned by the Lead, Manager, or Head    

About you

Basic Qualifications:

  • A graduate of any 4-year business-related courses 
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply 
  • With at least a year of relevant administrative and recruitment experience is a plus  
  • Proficient in MS Office   
  • Ability to perform administrative work  
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on details and accuracy 
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
