2022 Accounting Receivable Analyst null

Principal Functions:

• Checks and ascertains the accuracy and validity of Sales Commission for Rental and Outright Purchase
• Checks and ascertains accuracy and validity of UIC Commission
• Checks and ascertains accuracy of UIC Gross Profit computation
• Ensures that RAFs are processed and cleared on a timely basis
• Prepares RAF report for presentation to Finance Head and Management
• Processes adjustments affecting invoices for outright purchase (supported by Memo from Sales/SAD/Branches)
• Ensures that Sales per Net suite ties up with Breakdown of Selling Price (BSP) and facilities adjustments accordingly
• Analyzes Sales and Account Receivable (AR) Movement and Balances monthly
• Prepares monthly accrual for doubtful accounts and sales commission
• Prepare analysis (Sales & AR) to be used for financial package submitted to management every month
• Performs Clean-up of past transactions including those migrated from legacy system to Netsuit
• Computes and adjusts valuation of machines for pull-outs and coordinates with Inventory for the inventory adjustment
• Helps in analyzing the disposition of Undeposited Funds and Unbooked Collections, as needed
  Other duties as may be assigned from time to timeb

Qualification & Competencies:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
• At least 2 years work experience in Accounts Receivable is highly preferable for this role
• CPA desirable but not required

Competencies :

• Proficiency in Accounting Standards and Principles
• Knowledgeable in Philippine Taxation
• Advanced Excel Skills and other MS office applications

Trainings: Oracle Netsuite or other ERP systems
