Project Operations Coordinator null

UNIFY Dots is a global technology and software solutions company specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 based cloud ERP and CRM solutions. We are seeking a Project Operations Coordinator. This is a full-time work-from-home position but will involve travel and client meetings. The job includes the following duties

1. Attending Daily Project Delivery Meetings
2. Maintain project plan, track the scheduled tasks, follow up with Team members and update status.
3. Assist with compiling presentations
4. Draft the weekly project status reports outlining the progress of current projects, milestones and activities completed in the prior week, planned but not completed and milestones and activities planned for the current week and distribute internally and to the client.
5. Track action items and send reminders internally and to the clients
6. Performing coordination internally and with customers including scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars
7. Recording minutes of meetings and sharing them with the team in the intended format
8. Assisting and supporting the manager with completion of appropriate tasks and providing administrative support as needed
9. Escalate items for action as required
10. Data Entry as and when needed
11. Other related tasks as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree 
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Communication: Good verbal and written English-language communication skills
• Sharp analytical skills
• Coordination: Good organizational skills to self-manage their own work and follow up with other team members for their deliverables
• Good Attention to Detail to generate high quality deliverables.
• Quick learner to understand the project management tools and support the Project Management needs. 
• Basic or Average Proficiency with Microsoft Project would be an added advantage
• Basic or Average Proficiency with Azure DevOps would be an added advantage
