Your role

WalterMart is seeking motivated individuals to be of their Security Management Trainees in Quezon City, Philippines.

Job summary of the role is as follows:

• Leading in the implementation of security policies, protocols and procedures.
• Implementing incident prevention programs and projects, ERT programs.
• Creating reports for Management on security status.
• Developing and implementing security policies, protocols and procedures.
• Preparing and Controlling budgets for security operations and monitor expenses.
• Developing programs and projects to prevent safety and security incidents and accompanying losses.
• Evaluating performance of Security Service Providers/personnel.
• Attending functional meetings with other departments to determine operational needs.
• Planning and coordinating security operations for specific events. Coordinate concern department and or personnel when responding to emergencies and alarms.
• Reviewing reports on incidents and breaches; Investigate and resolve issues.
• Preparing closure of Incidents; Create reports for Management on security status.
• Performing task as assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

About you

To qualify for the job, applicants must have these qualities:

• Graduate of BS Criminology or Management Experience in Food Industry for at least 6 months is an advantage
• At least 5’4″ – 5’6″ in build
• Good physical and mental health condition.
• No criminal, civil or admin case or record
• Excellent communication, coordination and reporting skills
• Computer literate
• Team player
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Willing to work during weekends
