- Create CM/DM as adjustments to Accounts Receivable related to Ecommerce accounts
- Assist in identifying the billing documents generated from the manual adjustment
- Assist in identifying the reference/original invoices related to the specific adjustment
- Update of Ecommerce log and RMA tracker
- Perform ad-hoc task related to Ecommerce transactions
Requirements
- Proficient with Excel and other Microsoft programs required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any Finance/Business course preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Strong work-ethic
- Self-motivated, dependable and ability to multi-task and follow through
- Excellent attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy and integrity, accountability and good problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
