Job Description

• Cash Advance Management, Liquidation and Accrual.
• Monitoring and recognition of expense for prepaid accounts such as Prepaid Rent, Prepaid Tax, Prepaid Insurance and Prepaid Others. And prepare reconciliation reports for each account
• Monitoring and preparation of reconciliation report of Prepaid Employee Expenses and Due from Employees and request Salary Deduction for identified employees when needed.
• Monitoring and preparation of reconciliation report for employee long term loan receivables such as Housing and Car loan receivables.
• Preparation of Interest Income computation related to long term employee loans and posting in Oracle.
• Review, processing and posting of Payroll entries and other employee related benefits
• Monitoring and filing of Journal Vouchers every month.
• PO and Non-PO invoices review and accrual
• Computation and Monitoring of Employee Salary Deductions.
• Monthly Financials preparation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy
• Knowledgeable and updated with IFRS and US GAAP
• Has experience working in manufacturing industry
• Has experience with Oracle Cloud
• Keen to details, fast learner, has the ability to work efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision and must demonstrate adaptability on changing business requirements
