Job Description

One Stock Solution (1SS) is a Modular Multi-Channel E-Commerce Fulfillment Service available to a restricted number of ZALORA Brand Partners only. One Stock Solution taps into ZALORA’s warehousing and logistics infrastructure to support our partner’s operations on other online platforms (external marketplaces, brand.com and more). 1SS allows our partners to consolidate their stock in ZALORA’s warehouse to fulfill their entire online operations. 

The expansion of Zalora’s One Stock Solution/1SS offer to big fashion retail players like Mango, Puma and Trimark Group (Terranova, Vans, Toms, etc.), as well as other brand opportunities in the pipeline, highlights the need of an ecommerce service solution to open, manage and scale our services in the Philippines. 1SS VM Assistant will be working together with the Vendor Manager and Fulfillment Services Manager to manage the day to day 1SS operations of brands/vendor accounts.

Responsibilities

• Understands the importance of building strong and professionally reciprocal and respectful links with platform partners and brand partners.
• Stay up to date with platforms assigned to brands under 1SS, including batch upload changes, campaign modules, and pricing modules.
• Work closely with the Vendor Manager and WH Fulfillment Services Manager to support administrative tasks.
• Onboard new brands to other platforms.
• Create and manage SKUs details (pricing, stock quantity, images, campaign participation) in external platforms’ seller portal.
• Coordinate Warehouse pick up and deliveries.
• Check and follow up on the order status regularly.
• Prepare monthly reports for sell-out payments.
• Produce reports and pull information for meetings when required.
• Demonstrates the understanding of data manipulation and uses the relevant ZALORA data sources accordingly.
• Liaise with Zalora’s Customer Service agents in resolving tickets as needed
