Your responsibilities

• Assist with asset inspection for the ongoing project.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of IT tools and equipment.
• Assist ZPH users to the kiosk prior to the work day-to-day duties (1st-time login while equipment is being serviced)
• Assist with data inventory for the other IT equipment that is not included in the asset checking.
• Shadow ZPH IT Colleague on troubleshooting network or infrastructure concerns (raised or project)
• Help with research for the existing IT processes (create presentation)
• Help with brainstorming sessions of the ZPH IT team.
• Assist in making ZPH IT 5S compliant.
• The intern will not be allowed to handle sensitive data information such as a database of our employment system.

About you

• Must be taking up Information Technology, ICT, Computer Science, Computer. Engineering, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of desktop troubleshooting. Programming skills/knowledge not required. 
• Customer Service-oriented.
• Amenable to work on a hybrid work arrangement (onsite & WFH).
