Recruitment Process

  1. Submission of updated resume and academic transcript.
  2. Online initial assessment via google meet; applicants who passed the prescreening of their resume will be invited for an online initial assessment which consists of three (3) parts. (1) Initial Interview (2) IQ Test (3) Essay.
  3. Endorsement for final interview; applicants who successfully passed the online initial assessment will be endorsed for final interview. Immediate superiors will screen candidates passed on their resume, assessment results and information gathered through the initial assessment and will select applicant who will move forward for final interview. 
  4. Final interview will be through online as well.
  5. Job offer will be given to successful applicants.
  6. Applicants who accepted the Job offer shall be given list of requirements to process before their deployment date.
