A Day in the Life at Emma - The Sleep Company

Today, I’m setting up an email marketing automation campaign to re-engage our newsletter subscribers across various markets! This entails creating templates and the flow of emails to be sent within the campaign.

Emma places great emphasis on ownership, autonomy, and challenging the status quo, so even as an intern I am highly encouraged to share my thoughts during meetings.

Paolo Villa studied at the Ateneo de Manila University and is now a US Logistics (Intern) at Emma - The Sleep Company.

I usually reach and prospect influencers, so today was dedicated to negotiating with them on Emma’s offers! I also do some contract logging and monitoring influencer activities.

At 5.30 PM, [I had a] quick alignment with another intern to help with onboarding regarding screening and the general process of the team! Answered their questions too and other concerns they might have about both the role and Emma in general.
