Applicants are requested to submit the following upon application: application /cover letter, resume with picture, applicable valid professional license, valid NBI clearance, and copy of pertinent academic credentials (TOR, special order, diploma) to hr@hcdc.edu.ph
Afterwards, qualified applicants will undergo an initial panel interview and reference checking. Applicants who will pass these steps will be endorsed for the final panel interview.
Hired applicants will receive a gross monthly salary that is higher than the region's minimum wage. Statutory benefits are provided as well as healthcare, insurance, educational scholarships and developmental benefits.
