While retaining this heritage over the years, we quickly expanded in our capabilities, now offering B2B and B2C services that include everything from data collection to insight consultancy. We currently operate out of 10 countries and have a global team that consists of 300+ marketing research professionals. In 2017, Kadence became part of Cross Marketing Group (HQ: Tokyo, Japan), a leader in the Japanese marketing research industry. With the backing of Cross Marketing Group, Kadence has since grown our business even further. We are now a leading market research agency in the Philippines.

The recruitment process varies from role to role. Expect a series of interviews with an HR representative and/or department managers. The process may take two weeks to a month.

For full-time work applicants:
Salary is only disclosed during the offer stage since the information is considered confidential.
For Intern applicants:
We offer a minimum of 300-hour internship on a hybrid setup. Expect an internship allowance worth Php 8000 upon completion. The internship period will run for 2 months and may be extended depending on the workload and discussion with management.
