Recruitment Process

  1. Send us copy of  your updated CVs/resume to hrd@kltfruits.com.ph
  2. Recruitment Team will assess your qualification based on CV/resume before scheduling the screening process. (face to face or virtual)
  3. Selected applicant will receive an SMS as invites for interview and pre-employment tests
  4. Selected applicant must reply confirmation and attend the invitation.
  5. Initial Interview will be based on applicants personal information, experiences and goals
  6. Pre-employment Test includes IQ Test, Stress Management, and Technical Exam according to vacant position.
  7. Successful applicant from initial process will proceed to the next level of screening, the technical assessment from the requesting department.
  8. Successful applicants will proceed to final screening with the higher management.
  9. Employment Offer will be sent to email of successful applicant and must be conformed as an agreement. Not successful applicant will be likewise notified.
  10. Incoming employee will be required to submit pre-employment requirements such as all IDs or numbers mandated by law (SSS, PHIC, HDMF, TIN), medical and security clearances.
  11. Upon completion of all requirements, incoming employee will be scheduled for New Employee Orientation,  and deployment on the next day.
  12. Day 1 of official employment shall be introduction to the department and office tour.
