Recruitment Process

In our recruitment process, candidates can expect the following steps:

Initial Screening: We review resumes and applications to identify candidates whose skills and qualifications match the job requirements. Selected candidates are invited for the next step.

Phone Interview: A phone interview is conducted by our HR team to further assess candidates' qualifications, experiences, and interests. This helps us evaluate their fit for the position and the company culture.

Initial-virtual Interview: Shortlisted candidates are invited for an virtual interview with the hiring team members. This allows us to assess their technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit.

Final Interview: The final interview may be conducted with higher-level executives, department heads, or key stakeholders. This helps in making the final decision and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Offer: If successful, candidates will receive a formal offer detailing the terms and conditions of employment, including compensation, benefits, and any other relevant details.
