The Financial Sales Associate is responsible for providing life insurance solutions to Bank's clients. He/she will work in coordination with branch sales and service teams, thus we are looking for a dynamic individual, who has an independent mindset and the drive to succeed

The Admin Intake Unit for Group Disability is responsible for processing the documents/images being sent to AWD. The team also handles several admin tasks that will be trained on a later part. The job purpose is to ensure the Disability Administrators can meet individual and team goals in line with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

The Claims Adjudicator handles Claims financial processing mainly settlement request. This role is also responsible for identifying paperwork for beneficiary whether In Good Order (IGO) or Not In Good Order (NIGO) and should be followed-up via call out. This role also includes Claims indexing which segregates items from settlements and notifications.
