Your role

• Responsible for scheduling and conducting product orientation and presentation to new and renewing accounts based on benefits outlined in the Summary of Benefits.
• Prepares the materials (i.e. PowerPoint presentation) for orientation or presentation
• Responsible for the preservation of equipment (i.e. Laptop and LCD Projector).
• Monitors and ensures the full functionality of all equipment being used for the orientation.
• Coordinates with the concerned account officers.
• Trains, guides, and updates newly hired after-sales employees about the company’s products and services.
• Handles inquiries, complaints, and issues raised by corporate clients.
• Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in any field.
• Above-average oral skill is required, Personable,
• Willing to do out-of-town orientation or presentation as necessary
• Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
