Your role

• Gathers customer feedback.
• Conducts performance system audits to investigate negatives.
• Analyses results or audits to determine root cause and submit recommendations to the department head.
• Prepares reports of the findings and recommendations to the department head.
• Assists in monitoring the implementation of action plans for effectiveness.
• Ensures the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
• Perform any other related tasks as assigned.

About you

• A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, such as quality management, industrial engineering, business administration, or a relevant technical discipline.
