Modernbrands' recruitment process starts with a phone screening (10-15 mins) to gauge a candidate's compatibility and interest with the open position. After the screening, the pre-employment exam (1 hour) will be sent via email which the applicant can take at home, or he/she can also report personally to the exam venue if he/she has no access to the internet. Some positions like Junior Designers, Sales Designers or Graphic Designers may be asked to undergo practical exams (2-4 hrs) to assess the applicant's creative skills. After that, successful candidates will be scheduled for an initial and second interview (30 mins to an hour) with the HR team and a final interview with the Hiring Manager or one of the top managements of the Company.
