Your role & responsibilities

• Serve as a resource and a coach.
• Develop team-building exercises and workshops.
• Recommend training and development systems.
• Teach effective communication skills.
• Develop and implement a new training curriculum and onboarding modules.
• Coordinate and facilitate both training modules and new hire orientation.
• Assess training effectiveness following NEO or other training courses.
• Local owner of Learning Management System (LMS).
• Improve training effectiveness through metric measurement and continuous improvement.
• Learn and assimilate to the industry-specific manufacturing environment.
• Design, develop, and deliver training materials and specifications for courses.
• Prepare lesson plans, and work with engineering, technical support, and manufacturing to ensure course material addresses current needs.
• Create or revise specification testing material.
• Promote a safe working environment throughout the site.
• Partner with process engineering or Subject Matter Expert (SME) to complete Fab spec recertification/refresher classes.
• Design and deliver Refresher classes on topics such as EH & Safety, Cleanroom Protocols, SPC, Reticle Handling, and others; complete all homework preparations accordingly.
• Business process audits, LPA, and training effectiveness.
