Your responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing all External Lab requests
• Review and ensure all data and process steps are correct in reference to the qual plan and provided data.
• Enter RMS results in data on time and correctly.
• Performs RMS editing as per requestor requirement.
• Serves as the main contact person on all external lab requests.
• Send weekly performance report on all external lab requests
• Report any issue that may affect the request's CT.
• Support other assigned tasks, projects, and other duties necessary for lab operations
• Performs archiving and 5S housekeeping in the work area
