Your responsibilities

• Perform EBR and IAS applications to support Reliability Audit Program documentation.
• Monitor CAMSTAR system RAP Pulling vs RAP Pull Plan 
• Generate RAP RRF upon the availability of samples.
• Will serve as a communication channel with Manufacturing and Reliability Lab operations in terms of RAP quarterly pulling, submission and execution.

About you

• Associate Degree in Technology-based courses 
• Basic understanding of the semiconductor manufacturing process
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good English communication skills, both oral and written
• Has a strong sense of accuracy, initiative and urgency.
