Your role

• Successful candidate will be responsible for defining and developing Test Plans for PQFN, LFPAK, and Optocouplers.
• Implementation of Test Plans on a specific tester platform through software and hardware development.
• Pre-production characterization of the test and measurement system, including but not limited to GRR and capability studies, correlation, and electrical guard band analysis.
• Pre-production characterization of product prototype concerning end-customer specifications.
• Continuous improvement of test integrity and efficiency through periodic review of standards in cost and quality targets.

About you

• BS Degree in ECE, EE, or equivalent degree in Semiconductor Physics and Electronics.
• With experience as Test Engineer in a semiconductor company...
• Working knowledge of Discrete MOSFET and BJT.  
• Working knowledge of general computer programming, and at least one tester-oriented programming language.
• Basic understanding of and ability to apply statistical analysis.
• General troubleshooting skills. 
• Oral and written communication effectiveness.
• Driven and team player.
