Recruitment Process

Recruitment processes are done virtually.

Candidates must respond first to the email sent by the Talent Acquisition team, which is the Data Privacy Notice.
Once the TA Team received the response, candidates will be scheduled for a Recruitment Interview.
For Finance and Accounting Roles:
Pre-screening → Recruitment Interview → Operations Interview → Client Interview
For Non-FAO Roles:
Pre-Screening → Technical Assessment (if applicable) → Recruitment Interview → Operations Interview → Final Interview
