Our recruitment process is as follows.
We offer a starting salary of P28,000 along with a de minimis allowance. The contract is subject to a six-month probationary period. Upon regularization, employees are entitled to HMO and leave benefits. In addition, there is a possibility of being assigned to work in Japan.
