Recruitment Process

The application process usually takes 1-2 weeks on average. Upon submission of the application, a recruiter will reach out to the candidate via email if he/she is qualified for the role. The candidate must pass the following: 

  1. Initial interview with the recruiter
  2. Short online assessment through HR Avatar
  3. Final interview

After the candidate passed the screening process, the recruiter will schedule a job offer discussion. Finally, the Onboarding team will reach out to the candidate to process documents and requirements prior to the candidate's onboarding date.
