Compensation
They want to make your stay with them more fun and rewarding by providing you with salary and allowances (Training, WiFi, Workspace, etc.) depending on your role. Once regularized, you will also be entitled to loans (gadget, optical, dental, hospital, etc.), as well as a guaranteed bonus of 13th month pay and a non-guaranteed bonus worth at least 1-2 months of your salary should they exceed their yearly targets.

After your first year with them, you will be entitled with an HMO.
