One of the coolest aspects of my job is the never-ending stream of challenges and learning opportunities.

I love my job because I get to interact with people from diverse backgrounds and nationalities. It hones my communication skills as I adapt to different ways of speaking and interacting.

Given that Emma upholds a non-hierarchical and team-centric structure, one fascinating aspect of my role is that I get to have the opportunity to coordinate, collaborate, and brainstorm with all Emmies across all development levels, ranging from the CEO to my fellow interns.

Knowing that my efforts help safeguard the company from potential errors gives me a strong sense of purpose and fulfillment.

We should accept the reality that there is no such thing as an easy way, in every path we take it is a gamble if we will succeed or not, but we should persevere to achieve those dreams that we have.

My first piece of advice is if you really want something, just go for it. Take courage and have confidence in yourself.

Getting high GPA is just a bonus. Focus on the learnings. Don’t stick to just knowing the concepts. Practical application like case studies would help a lot.
