In this role, you will:

• Troubleshoot product configuration issues experienced by our users.
• Update business system-related products, including item creation and update, enabling of parts, item attributes, and categories, and application of templates.
• Address basic configurator issues such as rule troubleshooting, publication issues, item commoning, and attribute issues.
• Conduct quality assurance analysis and testing of configurator changes to address actual orders for booking.
• Participate in projects related to the configurator through rule writing, loading, testing, and publication.

For this role, you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or any Engineering degree with a programming course in the curriculum.
• 1 year of relevant support experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Basic programming principles.
