The Customer Management Associate is responsible for ensuring that Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is fully optimized by orchestrating regular maintenance and enhancement initiatives.

The Energy Sourcing Analyst conducts studies and performs operational/technical tasks. It provides technical advice by interpreting and applying functional philosophies, principles and policies in implementing parts of or major Energy Sourcing: Operations, Resource Planning, Risk Management, Accounting, and Settlement.

The Occupational Safety and Health Officer supports the organization with compliance to local and international regulations and standards by assisting in the design, planning, development, implementation, and monitoring of Meralco’s overall safety and occupational health programs.

The Equipment Operator is responsible for operating heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner, preparing specially-equipped vehicles and towed equipment for operation. Heavy equipment may include hydraulic equipment, cranes, derrick/HIAB trucks, puller/winder and tensioner.

The Process and Standards Analyst supports the organization’s drive to promote the value of customer-centricity through the design and development of customer service processes in compliance with regulatory standards.

The Social Media Marketing Associate is responsible for designing customer experience across all Meralco social media platforms and in the implementation of campaigns, programs and advocacies to build and encourage community interaction, increase engagement, and deliver positive sentiment in the digital space.

The Process and Standards Analyst supports the organization in the design, formulation, integration, communication, of non-electric assets’ standards, policies, guidelines and procedures. The role will also be responsible in updating existing policies and recommend changes and improvements by collaborating with subject matter experts from various line organizations.

The Commercial Strategy Development Associate is responsible for supporting the development, update and communication of medium and long-term strategy plans of Customer Retail Services (CRS) organization.

The Procurement Engineer is responsible in carrying out procurement functions aligned with company guidelines, policies, and procedures.

The Accountant/ Financial Analyst supports the financial accounting and reporting operations of Meralco business such as but not limited to financial budgeting, financial reporting, management of payables, petty cash, special funds, collections, bank reconciliation, inventories, projects and fixed-assets.
