Manulife Contact Center is looking for individuals genuinely excited to help our customers. They will engage and connect with clients across the United States and Canada to provide product and services information and help resolve emerging concerns.

The role is accountable for completing request and transactions relative to handling indexing, enrollments up to processing benefits and working on allocations and withdrawals covered by the business area within the specified Service Level agreements for each request.

Accountable for initial investigation of operational errors within Plan Sponsor Services. Coordinate (with cross functional areas) to deliver client solutions – providing a single point of contact for service. Support external clients and internal clients by providing knowledge and expertise; may be called upon to attend face-to-face meetings with Plan Sponsors.

The Business Analyst will be deployed to different initiatives / projects and is expected to work with an array of different project members, POCs, stakeholders, etc. at all times. The candidate is expected to participate as a technical, functional or agile resource in the planning and implementation of projects. Responsibilities require little or no supervision.

The Business Intelligence Developer will collaborate closely to the business and technical teams, the resource will be responsible for transforming the data into insights, implement innovative solutions to analyze thru data visualization and recommend appropriate BI Tool (e.g. Power BI, Qlikview, QlikSense, Tableau) that will enable the users for any data driven actions based on the business needs.
