The role is accountable for completing request and transactions relative to handling indexing, enrollments up to processing benefits and working on allocations and withdrawals covered by the business area within the specified Service Level agreements for each request.

LT support will manage and execute service requests for GWAM Application and other Segments. Identify issue and apply necessary corrective action or ensure incident and change tickets are assigned to the correct resolver group.
